VisuaL ART of Robert M Douglas
These are paintings based on my experiences as a ballroom dancer, mostly at the Arthur Murray studio in Vancouver. Dancers are interesting, not only because of the poses they adopt, but also because they portray a range of emotions and relationships. For me this fleeting images can trigger a chain of thoughts and mental images about life outside the studio.
